  4. 2 lime leaves (torn)
  5. 100 grams of sliced ​​cucumber
  6. 1 tomato (cut into 6 lengthwise)
  7. 2 hard-boiled eggs (split in half)
  8. 100 grams of tempeh (diced and fried)
  9. 125 grams of cabbage
  10. 50 grams of long beans (cut into 4 centimeters)
  11. 1 teaspoon flavoring
  12. 125 grams potatoes (steamed and diced)
  13. 75 grams of curly lettuce (torn)
  14. 1 piece of rice cake
  15. 2 pieces of white tofu (cut into 4 parts, then fried)

Gado-Gado Peanut Sauce Ingredients

  1. 100 milliliters of water
  2. 125 grams of peanuts (peeled and roasted)
  3. 2 pieces of red chili
  4. 1 tablespoon brown sugar (Javanese sugar)
  5. 100 milliliters of liquid coconut milk
  6. 2 cloves of garlic
  7. 1.5 tablespoons of tamarind water

How or steps to make
