Ingredient

  • 250 grams of ground beef
  • 50 grams of sago flour
  • 5 pieces of tofu, cut in half diagonally
  • 4 cloves of garlic that have been mashed
  • 10 pieces of dumpling skin
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder


Ingredients for gravy

  • 1 litre of water
  • 30 grams of fried garlic that has been mashed
  • 1 beef bone
  • 50 grams of fried red onion that has been mashed
  • 1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • sugar and pepper powder to taste according to your taste


How to make

  1. Mix ground beef with finely chopped garlic, flour, egg and baking soda.
  2. Season with salt, sugar and ground pepper.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Boil water in a saucepan until it boils.
  5. Shape the meat mixture into small balls according to your taste, then boil them in water.
  6. Boil until the meatballs float to the surface.
  7. Take the dumpling skin, then fill it with the meat mixture.
  8. Fry until brown.
  9. Take the fried tofu, make a hole in the middle, and then fill it with the meat mixture.
  10. Boil the filled tofu for about 15 minutes.


How to make gravy

Boil the beef bones, then add the finely fried onions, salt, sugar, and pepper.


Serving method

Prepare a serving bowl, put the meatball filling, add the celery slices, and then flush with the gravy.
